New Packaging:

As part of the ongoing efforts to reduce our environmental impact, all New MaxxTerra tyres will ship with our new generation of recyclable packaging.
The cardboard hanger is made from 75% post-consumer recycled paper, and recyclable plastic strapping replaces the zip ties previously used. Look for more innovations in this area as Maxxis expands the use of recycled materials into the construction of certain models of tyres themselves.

A flat shipping rate of $150 applies nationwide for bikes and large items.

Delivery Times

  • Equipment: 1-4 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • Bikes: 5-10 business days for Home Delivery after the order has been shipped.
    Additional transit time may apply for rural areas or during high-demand periods.

Order Processing & Shipping
We strive to ship orders the same or next business day, depending on the time of receipt. If the item is not in store, it may take up to 3 business days to be shipped. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Returns Policy
Items must be returned new, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories. We do not accept returns for used items.
