FOX SERVICING
We use genuine Fox seals and parts in all our services.
If any parts are damaged and need to be replaced we will be in contact with the price of the repair.
Please note we can not service Fox/Specialized Brain or Trek Thru shaft/Re:activ suspension in store. Reach out for pricing and turnaround time for the products.
Fork 50h/Lower leg service
- Inspect condition of fork
- Remove lower leg assembly inspect/clean in Bio parts washer
- Install new dust wipers seals and foam rings
- Replace lower leg fork oil
- Test fork is functioning correctly
- Return fork to original settings
Fork 125h/Full service
- Remove fork from bike
- Inspect condition of fork
- Remove lower leg assembly inspect/clean in Bio parts washer
- Service air spring assembly, replace seals.
- Service damper, replace seals
- Bleed damper with fresh oil
- Install new dust wipers and foam rings
- Align/size lower leg bushings
- Replace lower leg fork oil
- Test fork is functioning correctly
- Return fork to original settings
Shock 50h/Air can service
- Remove shock from bike
- Inspect and clean air can internals
- Replace air can seals
- Replace air can lubricant
- Test shock is functioning correctly
- Return shock to original settings
Shock 125h/Full Service
- Remove shock from bike
- Disassemble shock, inspect and clean internals
- Rebuild damper with new seals
- Vacuum bleed damper with fresh oil
- Replace air can seals
- Reassemble shock
- Test shock function on Dyno
- Return shock to original settings
