We're Open and Ready to Roll

 

The doors at Village Cycles are open and we can’t wait to see you. Thanks to everyone for your support during L3 and 4.Things are a bit different under Level 2 so here’s what to expect when you come in.

We’re helping keep everyone safe

Please follow the friendly guidance from our crew when you come in. The shop’s open from 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri and 9.30am - 12.30pm Sat. We’re limiting the number of customers in the shop to the number of floor crew. That way you get great customer service and better safety. Please keep a safe distance of 2m apart. There’s hand sanitiser available, paywave and of course we’re carrying out extra regular cleaning schedules on just about everything. 

The workshop’s up and running

If your bike needs some love book a service drop off at villagecycles.co.nz or call or DM us. At the specified time drop it off at the carpark round back. We’ll be in touch once we start work on your bike and will sanitise if before and after servicing. We can drop it off when it’s done or you can come and collect it.  

Demos are back

Thinking of getting an e-bike? We have a wide range of Specialized demo e-bikes in store all sanitised and ready to go. Get in touch to arrange taking one out for a spin. 

Can’t make it in? 

We’re happy to help with contactless orders and pickups. Talk to us by phone, email, web or DM. Video chat on messenger, whatsapp or FaceTime. Whatever you choose we’re here to help, and there’s a local contactless drop-off service too. 

Get out and ride

The trails are open and the new Coppermine descent is truly fantastic. We reckon it’s the best Grade 3 in New Zealand, and it’s on our doorstep!. What a great way to reconnect with friends after the past weeks.
